Go to a crowded store or school, throw smoke bomb on the floor, put on gas mask, then leave. Or better yet arrive with gas mask so as the authorities do not catch you as easily.

Strip naked and lay on a store floor with nothing but the mask on. The continue to fidget and twitch untill cops are called, when they get there, throw a smoke bomb down and run.

i actually am. it's not that hard. I would just need some combat boots, green pants, a long vest and a longsleve shirt. the back of the head would be tough to do though...
