I broke up with my ex because she wouldnt move if i got back in the miltary. We were supposed to try to stay friends, but now that she has a new boyfriend she wants nothing to do with me. She's also my best friends cousin so i still have to see her all the time. Great stuff.

Damn, that sucks. Yet stragely I always manage to stay friends with my exes. It's odd, I mean, I only have 2, but my first has ended up being one of my best friends.

I was friends with my ex for a month or so after we broke up, but then she got a new boyfriend and she hasn't talked to me since.
So far though I'm actually starting to prefer being single to having a girlfriend. I have no worries about being cheated on, no worries at all, actually... total freedom, no people trying to steal the girlfriend from me, etc. It's pretty great, and it's actually very possible to be happy as a hippo without one.
I'm done rambling now
