I'd personally think that training your abs by doing situps, which is an endurance training, by just doing situps you don't actually get abs, (well you might.. but that's a whole different story). considering your back and abs decide things over your entire body.. if you know what I mean.. ever tried getting out of bed with muscle ache in your stomach?
and, you could buy some gym lessons from an official bussines thingy, ('less mills' for example), and do the lessons at home instead of at the gym.
not really sure what else you could do at the moment.. why can't you go outside? (if you don't mind me asking)

Quote from FusionThere are several towns called Buffalo in America, but the most well-known one in New York is *probably* named after the animal.

I'm cheap as heck man, I never *buy* anything.
But I've already been doing sit-ups, so I guess that's pretty good. I can't usually go outside and run around because I'm in school right now, and I don't have a chance to go out in the mornings when it's not so hot. I could get up at like 5 in the morning to do it, but my grades would probably suffer because of the loss of sleep, and that's definitely not a good thing.

hes a fat kid who also happens to be a geek wannabe. what a stupid post. No, that's not a stupid post, it is an inexperienced post on the trolling. you should have pointed out that the kid is an idiot, and then also pointed out the complete and total lack of a point behind there being one computer, two mouses, and two keyboards. he is also so wide that, if his chair had any arms, he wouldn't fit in it. also, where the hell would you find clothes to fit this guy? THAT is how you are supposed to troll that post, and I just critiqued your trolling, now try again!
