I think I may start working out for real, too. What kind of stuff could I do without weights? I was planning on doing some running/jogging

Pushups is probably the best thing without weights. Running is good. Alot of people say swimming is good too.

I don't have a swimming pool, but there might be one at my future college or something so I'll do that later.

Jump rope is always a good exercise. I much prefer skipping over running/jogging.

Either way, it wouldn't affect Fusion.

different varieties of pushups are good at-home exercise; stick with one type until you can do at least 10-20 at one time and then start doing other types.
jump rope is also a very good aerobic exxcerxcise (my xc button is stuxck with my x button)
or get a bike and bike your ass off everywhere

I can already do like 40 push-ups without rest, does that really change anything about your first suggestion?

I was just about to say... if you cant do at least 10-20 pushups you should just go kill yourself.

It also depends on how you're doing it. You can do 100 shitty push ups or 10 really good ones and get more of an outcome. I prefer slower ones where your nose touches the ground and hold for 2 or 3 seconds.

If your doing 100 shitty pushups then they arnt real pushups. A correct pushup is hands shoulder width apart, back and legs straight, and bend your arms to 90 degrees ( or lower).
There was an Asian guy in my med-hold flight that we got to do 300 pushups. Then he puked.

There were people in my PE class a couple years ago who could only do like, 1 or 2. I was mortified
