What's up with the 1 year ban placed on 2-D?

It's only another 35 days. Jeff put it on him for the constant small infractions. I think he'd managed to rack up something like 26 individual violations without a ban.

Not only that. He had a small couple day ban, which he immediately then came back and broke another rule. Just cuz, then I think something along the lines of a two week ban and did something similar.

Don't hold me to the above statement, I didn't handle his situation. Only caught some of it from the sidelines. It is something like the above though. As far as what I saw, he wanted it to happen or was asking for it.

He said 2-D kept coming back after being banned just to continue breaking rules, so we started manually increasing the punishment to make it clear we're not fucking around.

Could doing all the shit 2-D has done eventually lead to a permaban? Or are permabans saved for spambots and the like?
