So, I have a cell company I haven't been with for months says I owe them money. I don't, they never properly cancelled my account from their end. Another cell company I've NEVER been with says I owe them money, they wont provide evidence. Here in Japan I have a cellphone through Softbank, and I USED to have a pocket wifi device through E-mobile before I got internet in my room. I last used the pocket wifi thing about 7 months ago when we first went on deployment but always had money in my account for them to take the money they need to pay the bill. About 5 months ago I get a letter while were underway. Its a yellow envelope with some red font talking about martial arts...Ive never done shit with martial arts so I open it anyway and the only thing I can read (Because everything else was in Japanese) was "E-Mobile" and roughly 50,000 yen. (Thats something like $600+) The monthly bill is supposed to be about $50...so how the fuck does $50x6=$600+? I havent gone to talk to them about it and I noticed they suddenly stop taking their payment. So fuck them.

The Softbank phone? Still works like a charm.

I like my SGS3 overall but I keep having problems with it and android. I almost hate to say it but I'm missing the reliability of my iPhone. The SGS3 while connected to WiFi constantly says I'm not connected in specific apps when I am, when in LTE mode it wont load certain websites because the carrier settings aren't set properly, I have to manually update them when switching out of WiFi. Samsung's shitty loader software interferes with services, removing my ability to customize my phone without it literally screaming at me (any service activated also activates Samsung's text to speech, even if it's disabled). Now the phone has cracked for seemingly no reason. I have a heavy duty case on it, and had fucking left it alone on a desk all day, and I get back and it's cracked.

My phone company better replace this shit. As an entitled customer I feel it's only correct!
