this article is talking about healthy adults, not young teenagers. and it's talking about cups of coffee, not just caffeine. also, this guy sounds like he's advertising coffee.

i don't know about risk of death; all i know is i went overboard with energy drinks and caffeine tablets for a year or two and i've been dealing with low blood pressure, chest pains, and heart palpitations since. hence "bad for your heart"
