Man, I just tell people that marijuana has not caused a case of lung cancer in the history of history. Compare that to cigarettes. People don't use marijuana as often as they do with cigarettes and cigarettes have far more toxic side effects. Yet, it's completely fine for a high schooler to smoke a cigarette because of these "rules".
