So I'm not exactly sure if anyone has seen this video yet, since it pretty much just went viral today or yesterday. Personally, I find it hilarious how the reporter simply shrugged her shoulders and left, leaving the anchorwoman absolutely speechless.

I just thought that it would be a funny thing to show and an interesting thing to discuss.

That's actually hilarious. I'll post my thoughts in a bit.

EDIT:
Despite that it's hilarious, I feel the same about this video as I do about this one.

One, I think it's a kind of tacky and immature way to quit your job. There are so many people out there looking for a job like hers, and to blow it off just so the world can see just seems insensitive to me. That's more of a nitpick though.

Two, the video honestly just screams out attention-seeking to me. It just feels like she just felt like she wanted a sign pointed at her instead of just quitting in a more professional way. It feels very tumblr-esque.

Three, it's dumb. If it doesn't get enough attention to get you on Ellen's show, good luck trying to get another job.

Four, it's incredibly selfish to your co-workers. Obviously the overarching message here is that her company is ass (or at least that's the message it sends), but this also largely affects her co-workers as well who need the job to sustain their living. If they want to quit, let them do it on their own volition where they're financially stable or at the point where they feel its comfortable to move on instead of, say, just saying something on live television and trying to bring everybody down in flames with you.

Five, like I said before, I think it's immature if the reason she quit is anything like the one in the Interpretive Dance video I showed above. To have all these effects that I said above happen, to have this major chain of events occur, all because she disagreed with a business tactic or mentality (which she gets PAID for) that the company has I think is incredibly immature. Don't agree, don't do it. Don't try to fuck everyone else up, everyone has their own lives and unless they did something outright to harm you, you honestly have no reason to fuck everyone else up.

Wow. I can't imagine what would happen if other reporters could just do that.
