You have fine potential, just remember these rules about animating, though;

-Always emphasize movements (If not, wont have time for brain to react) SO EXAGGERATE!
-Always think about gravity and physics.
-Balance, they always have to look kinda real and sustainable.

Anyways, you should make your animating space larger and the stickmen bigger so it could show more.
