Personality: Untrusting misandrist, she prefers to keep her distance and is quick to flee. She is more approachable if you're a woman and she'll warm up to you quickly. Betray her trust however, and she'll be gone before you know it.

Appearance: She has a short, pink hair that's unkempt yet wonderfully clean. A pair of little cat ears juts out from it that's amusingly soft when rubbed. The fierce expression she carries on her cute face makes her look simply irresistible and in dire need of a hug. Her slender frame allows ease of picking up and taking to your home. In contrast, she wears the stereotypical Japanese school uniform that's ravaged by wear-and-tear. On her back is an old leather backpack she stole from a kindergartener and on her waist is a utility belt she looted off a dead guard.

History: Ever wonder why, in a world where stick figures walk amongst us, living anime stereotypes are a rarity? They either die from wRHG crossfire, or they...are marketed as commodities.

Akiko is a catgirl who's bred and raised to be the ideal catgirl waifu...until one faithful day. She followed everything without questions and her upbringing was going swimming until that one moment of neglect where she spent the entire day in a room with a computer as part of an independence experiment. From that point on she's slowly discovering her eventual fate and started showing signs of rebelliousness. Her owners retaliated with severe punishment, both physical and emotional, to keep her in line. Things went smoothly again since she has learned that she can't escape her prison until one day where she was to be handed over to an auction winner.

On the moment she was thrown into his hands...she snapped.

His face was covered with several lacerations and has a severed jugular while Akiko is running for dear life. Her sprint for freedom was too unexpected and she was already too far ahead to pursue. So her owners registered her into the wRHG and placed a huge bounty for her capture. After several attempts by various gladiators, she was caught by an archer, a swordswoman and a detective; and was hauled off back into her "home." Due to her current state, and the fact that they already had another catgirl to work with, she was deemed unfit for sale and sentenced into the asylum. There, she learned to fend for herself the hard way.

Personality: Afraid of almost everything. Anal-retentive. Uptight. Does not. Stop. Talking.

Appearance: Oh you know, the usual. Boring ole jumpsuit (do they wear uniforms in this prison?). If no dress code, then he wears the same old battered suit he originally came in from. Nothing special. Just the faded blue suit with purple and pink striped tie. Slacks have patches and holes on them. Dusty leather shoes that appear to have once been made of the finest leather.

History: One Sunday afternoon while watching TV, about 20 SWAT operatives bust down his apartment door and arrest him on multiple counts of fraud. Miffed that he was missing his favorite soap, Francis instinvtively reached for the remote---a whipping action of such urgency that the coppers misread it as reaching for a gun and promptly tasered him to the ground. For this act of stupidity, he has thus earned the nickname of "Ruthless" as a sarcastic mockery of this remote action. He hasn't been seen since.

10 days ago, Francis was working from home---as tech support for various machinery and equipment---when a man knocked on his door. This man was Humphrey Templeton II, a local entrepreneur who made a fortune for himself in Hong Kong but fled when the Chinese came back. Posing as a local socialite, Templeton was able to bamboozle Francis into investing his retirement fund ($300,000) on a charity scam that guaranteed a 15% return. He went with it, and for awhile received a usual 1,000 every month until one day the well dried up and Templeton was nowhere to be found.

That was his story anyway. What Francis instead received was The Shiv. Since he was living alone and barely went outside, he was made the perfect patsy for Templeton, who had in fact managed to embezzle up to 2 Billion Dollars from the local community (mostly retirees and expats). including Francis himself. Those conditions made it easy for Templeton to convince turning state's evidence in exchange for revealing the mastermind behind the plot: Francis himself.

As if the day can't get any worse, Francis, now hated by the community at large, was transferred to Shadow Halls simply because the local county prisons were all at full capacity. After all, who's going to miss a vile man that was practically invisible his whole life.
