That 3D was really awesome, and you managed to keep it nice and smooth even through some really difficult movements. There seemed to be a few pose problems, though. I suggest that you have the arm curve around into a hook more in the punch, since it shouldn't really stay straight. It might also be good to have the kick happen sooner, maybe even a couple frames after he lands, in order to continue the flow of movements. The sword attack seems a bit too fast- some anticipation might help one's eyes follow the movement better. Additionally, if you slow down the animation, the spin looks really wobbly, so try to clean up your spacing. It would be nice if, during the eyes part, you changed the background to a light shade of green and added a subtle idle stance to keep him from looking so static. The sand bag goes bit too far for the level of momentum that it had when it was swinging. Try to also bounce it on the ground a bit. The easing on the arm when he raises it to shoot, as well as when he goes into a more normal position after the battle stance, could be better. When attacks with his sword, have him spin on his toes instead of immediately switching the position of the foot. I think the flow of your movements could be better; you can look into flow here.

I'm sorry to say that I'll be leaving this clan in a couple weeks or so. This being a pivot only clan, my transition to flash will mean my departure from it. Despite this, I will still finish the weekly before I leave. I will also be happy to provide in depth CnC for the members of this clan and help out any way I can.
