I don't like this idea, brings a lot of conflict and delimma. How about having special achievements rewarding you with coins after you complete them?

There's also a place to ask suggestions about the game, you could've done that rather than making a thread.

Err, could you specify?

Where did you ask this? If you posted this outside of the SE forums its only natural that it'd be moved here. Still, the suggestions thread is a much better place to ask questions like these.

If it's about the same topic, don't bother.

Pointless thread may be pointless, but he does point out something important: this game isn't really too addictive, although it has the potential.

I don't think the problem is it being a flash game, it's the rating system. This is what keeps players away, they are scared to lose rating, and when they stop playing for a while (for whatever reason) they get rusty, then they don't want to lose because they are rusty. Then the rating starts decaying and then they decide they have to play and they get on a losing streak, then they get scared to play again. The cycle probably isn't exactly like this but you guys get my point.

Seriously though, why fear losing? Winning and losing is part of the game, and you can't improve without falling. It's part of the learning process.

Should implement the Starcraft 2 Boost system then.

What you said was correct winning and losing is part of improving and learning, I was just saying maybe some people are afraid of it.

Could you elaborate on that?

Well... The fear itself is understandable. But. If one wants to enter the big leagues they'll need to drop a few times before getting up there. Get rid of the fear of loss and rank. Only then can one strive.

Besides, if you really deserve your rating you shouldn't be dropping anyways. Lol.
