To be quite fair, I'd do what I've always wanted to do for kicks.
I would cut out each word meticulously and make a book of my own, form the words and works of other books. Stitch together each paragraph, sentence, line. Each heart wrenching moment of a story for the ages, all made by the books of other.
A worthy sacrifice.

Why not just print out stories >_>

Note that you said words. Not sentences.

You might be overestimating how many books 10,000 is. My undergrad university library had 50,000 books just in the special collection (i.e. the particularly rare and valuable books that you're not allowed to look at without a security guard watching). In the US, the average high school library has 20 books per student, so if your school had more than 500 people in it you can roughly imagine you're being given the school library to play with. The average public library, on the other hand, has over 88,000 books. http://nces.ed.gov/fastfacts/display.asp?id=42

I'd look through for any books I needed and then stick the rest on ebay. It would cover my living costs for a couple of years, which would be good because I don't like to work.

Where is the fun in that? No I want to cut out words from books and stitch them together to make my own books.

see what world records there are involving books...then try to beat it
assuming i didnt destroy any of the books in the world record, i will make a library thing, carve out 1 book so it appears to look normal from the outside but completely empty from the inside with a note that say's congatulations you won 1.000.000 dollar or whatever currency he/she wants, then make it a attraction for people to pay me 2 dollars to open 1 book to test their luck, and they can potentially win money, but i never place that specific book in the shelves, hehehe.
(only one person allowed in at a time, else they rig my master plan)

If its my kind of books, then I'll read every single of it, unless it isn't my kind, I might just make it a design or give it to my sister and mother, they both have several bookshelves.( I mean why wouldn't they? They like TV series Movie(Flash, Arrow, Dr. Who, walking dead, Grimm, Once a upon a time, Dominion) of any kind of Movies(Howl's moving Castle, Percy Jackson, Fallen))

With 10,000 books, I would probably proceed to read all of them over the course of my life, so I become that wise old man that people go to for advice and knowledge.

Fill boxes with them. Hundreds of boxes. Thousands. Then hide a klondike bar in the bottom of one of the boxes, safely in some form of case. Then present it to the world and ask mankind the only question that has ever mattered: What would you do for a Klondike bar?

First one to find the klondike bar gets to keep all the books and the ice cream.

I'd fucking read them and then censor them all out.
Or sell them for triple price using my intelligence.
