Does exercise make you hornier or not?

Don't laugh. Legit question.

A friend posted a thread on another forum asking how he can get his sex drive down because while he is mature enough not to cheat on his girlfriend, he just can't help himself and his girlfriend isn't exactly as game with it as he is. He then expresses the folly of having to watch a ton of porn each week to the point that his enjoyment has turned into an agonizing activity.

Shortly after, some people suggested working out as a viable solution because it will redirect that Testosterone energy to somewhere that isn't your junk. But then another camp says that it actually does the opposite and in fact boosts your horniness by 200% so his best bet is to find a hobby or some shit.

This isn't a thread to discuss how the guy can get over his problem. I'm just curious what you think about the exercise thing because I believe it can go either way. Experiences? Grievances? Share em. I'm curious. We all are.

When I get back from lifting and I jack off, the force of my orgasm causes a nearby star to supernova and envelop several inhabited planets with it's blast

Yeah, but correlation is not causation. You might have been able to shoot high because you've just recently been invigorated. Did it make you hornier, or did you just want to jack?

Not sure if working out makes me hornier, but it certainly doesn't make me less horny. I still get a cheeky semi when watching girls do their squats, but sometimes, I feel so physically tired that I wouldnt do anything about it even if I had a chance. So if we just look at the facts then yes, exercise does make you less horny in terms of making you too physically exausted to statisfy your sexual urges in any way shape or form. But your psychological urges and random boners don't go away

But then again, if you're a sad cunt and don't give your everything in the gym, you might feel much better after a light excersise, and when the after-workot buzz kicks in ,you will most likely be more willing to rub one off/poke one in than you were before.

Also, getting fit=more pussy, that's a fact. So its only natural that fit people have more sex, so if we're rating horniness by how sexually active a person is, a person that works out is more horny than the average joe

I'll tell you one thing though... I haven't gotten a boner from working out yet so I can't see it bringing my horniness up... Plus I hear if you want to get rid of a boner you are suppose to flex your muscles to help it go away

Yeah, it does make me horny.

You could cut my mother's head off, but if you had some chick give me head after I maxed out on bench, I'd be fine.

Since I don't work out as much as I should, aside from the bike ride from work and back each day, this would be my current predicament.

Yeah it does but I think it's a more psychological thing for women? If I don't exercise regularly and I gain a few pounds, I feel worse about myself and self conscious. It decreases my sex drive. Whereas if I'm working out regularly, I feel more confident and very game. Also hormone release tends to improve your mood and when you're in a good mood and not stressed out, it increases sex drive. I think it's all about emotional state, at least for moi.

I dont think so. If anything, it makes me less horny because I'm just really tired. Note that I'm not a physically active person so there's that too.

I don't think having a boner after doing anything but porn is actually fun, so whats your point?

I have no idea why nobody else on this forum feels the post workout dump and pump like I do.
