Septimius listened to Boris talking to... Kevin? And responded to Ahriman, "Sounds like a great idea Ahriman." His stomach grumbled in agreement. He turned to Kevin and waited for the two's conversation to be over before asking where the taverns were.

Marcus ignored the man and walked past him and past him and away from the group, into the town of Worborrow. Looking around the town, he tried to pick up on her location, but something was definitely in the works here as he could not locate his feather. Marcus could feel the feather, as if it was still attached to his body, but the feeling almost came in every direction as he could not narrow down its exact location.

After a few moments he returned to the group and the townsman. "Has this sack of flesh confessed anything suspicious yet?"

Ahriman quickly says to the man "You'll have to pardon my friend here. One person close to him has vanished, and his partner was kidnapped just outside of town. He can scarcely contain his righteous fury. If you do know anything, don't withold it. One of us can detect lies, and I would not want to be standing here if he loses control."

That look of rememberance... it just slipped away. Gabriel frowned to himself, still taking in information. The group had very little knowledge of the area and was unaware of the dangers, if any, that still lurked. It was too soon to make judgements or decisions of action yet, but he still worried and had his suspicions.

Perhaps they are charmed to simply forget the presence of the evildoers that they see? He wondered, before shaking his head. No, that can't be right.

The man seemed perturbed by everyone attacking him with questions at once. He again was stopped by Boris, who now mentioned his name. This caused him to almost stumble back, and it was as if some repressed memories were trying to claw their way out from the man's conscious. It stayed this way for much longer than before, and when he came back to reality, he was no longer smiling. "What an....Interesting name. I feel like I know you, I just...can't put my finger on it."

Kevin then turned to the woman in front of him, tilting his head to the side at the mention of a giant raven. "Giant raven, huh? I'm not s..."

He was stopped by Marcus' interruption, and this gave the man time to recompose himself. He smiled, chuckling for a moment before he heard Ahriman's voice. He frowned, "Oh, that's just terrible. To answer both of your concerns at once, I do believe there was a man around here who talked of a raven flying above the city. I think it was the blacksmith who runs the shop over there," He pointed it out, looking over Marcus' shoulder.

"I do apologize for your tragedy, wary heroes. Losing a partner is never easy," He said solemnly, "I truly hope you find your friend."

What's with Kevin? He wasn't like this before...

Boris looked transfixed by Kevin's sudden reaction to the mentioning of his own name. It doesn't make any sense, why would he be that startled? Boris have lived in Worborrow his entire life before the invasion. He would at least recognize him for his unique ability. The man is being bombarded with questions before he mentioned the blacksmith that still runs the shop. The word has received his attention and wouldn't hesitate in asking.

"Blacksmith? You mean "the" blacksmith that has been working in his family forge for many generations?" Boris wanted to be sure because the blacksmith he knows is quite skilled in making silver weapons, possibly the only one he knows that can accomplish such a feat. He doesn't quite understand how everyone's still the same after a pack of werewolves came and decimated the entire village months ago.

The man blinked, looking to Boris once more. "I don't know for sure, friend, you would have to see for yourself."

He then walked off, waving at the group before moving quickly toward another man walking down the street. He frowned now, talking quietly to the man.

As the others looked toward where Kevin had pointed, they also came across the figure of an old, beaten up house. It was the only one that seemed out of place. The windows were boarded, and there was fencing all around it.

Marcus looked at the group before turning back towards the blacksmith's shop. He began to strut quickly towards the shop determined to get to the bottom of things.

His suspicions of a large-scale memory loss were only being confirmed. "Let's go, then." Gabriel spoke up. "I doubt we're going to get information anywhere else, if things are the way I think they are."

With that, he headed towards the smith's building, walking at Marcus's side.

"Thanks for the info... uh... Kevin" she said as she was turning towards the blacksmith shop, following Marcus while thinking "That man... his vreathing and heartbeats changes quite fast, at some point I thought he was suffering a heart attack, but he didn't seem to be lying... what is going on?..."

The group moved toward the blacksmith shopp, and was met with a smiling face behind the counter. He had that same, genuine jolly aura him. He lookedt the group, slightly put off by their appearances, however not saying anything.

"Why hello there!," he said gleefully, "what can I interest you all in today? Armors, weaponry? Heh, although none of you look like you need it."
