Nikita first saw the sword of the fiery blade of The Minister moving toward him and immediately jumped to the side. The Minister followed with a hard kick that Nikita simply had no time to dodge. Even while kicking as hard as he could, though, Nikita only stumbled slightly backwards. He then thrust his hand forward, pushing The Minister harshly away while simultaneously keeping his blade collided with Marcus' for a split second.
In that same moment, Boris' blue jay shrunk to the size of a mosquito and attempted to move into Nikita's ear. The vampire growled and used one of his hands to pull the blue jay harshly out, thrusting it against the wall and effectively squishing it into pieces as it hit the concrete.
It was just after that when Marcus jumped backward and swung his sword in an intense slash that would go from his shoulder to his sternum should the vampire noble not be careful. The distraction of the mosquito sized bird and the kick granted Marcus a momentary time frame to strike. The fiery blade smacked against Nikita's shoulder blade, however it only managed to graze the warrior's shoulder blade before he jumped back and clashed their swords once more in another blaze of glory. Bringing himself closer and ignoring the burning on the top of his shoulder, Nikita swung his sword underneath Marcus' and attempted to chop off one of his legs.
Meanwhile, the others pitched in to help Desmond and Otael in a sudden team effort to open the doors. Slowly but surely, the light of Marcus' blade seeped into the outside, and it wasn't long before they opened it all the way, opening themselves up to aid the warrior.

The Minister split his sword into the crossbows and fired a bolt from each. The first aimed at the vampire's sword, in order to deflect it away from Marcus, and the other aimed at the vampire's ribs. Hopefully the silent shots would keep him from sensing the projectiles.

Jessica even felt one of the ribs crack even more inside her ribcage, she coughed up some more blood as they all made the last effort to open the door. It started to open slowly and after a few more seconds of pushing it opened. Jessica let go the door and stumbled backwards lying on ground "G- Go!!" She yelled at the others while her body was refusing to move even more. Her mouth still had blood in it and her ribcage made it even more difficult to breathe. Jessica simply wished that her friends were ok... she wished that she was in conditions to fight.

Desmond grabbed Jessica by the shoulders. "You have to sit this one out," Desmond said as he carefully placed Jessica to sit near the door. The stitcher placed the sword on her lap and nodded. "We can take this. I hope." He said, voice shaking as he noticed the vampire lord who was inside. Septimius was down, Lissette was in pain and the rest were trying their best to fight. Then right there, clear as day, were the two feathers that hung on the undead's neck.
Ghan rushed in to fight and madly dashed towards Nikita's blade to grab it with its claw. Desmond rushed in to Lissette and Septimius.
"Come on guys," Desmond told them. "Stay alive. I'm gonna try to get you out and have Gabe heal you."
He took notice to Septimius condition and decided to try and move him but the wound on his chest, it might bleed out during the transfer but as he checked for a pulse, there was a faint one. His breathing was so shallow, it was barely detectable.
"Oh shit," Desmond's eyes darkened. "Not you too. We need to get Gabe in here."

Time felt as if it was moving slowly as Nikita swung his sword for Marcus' leg. That's when the arch angel first noticed the two feather's around his neck. Marcus swiftly slid his leg back away from where Nikita's sword would strike as his voiced boomed "Uai kaf's kyzyljy swy haqyl ab of ofryd." Marcus slammed his burning sword down at Nikita's sword. It would only be a matter of time before the vampire's blade would melt away from the heat of Marcus' fiery weapon.

Ahriman noticed that Jessica's arm was at an odd angle. He could set the bone to knit, but Septimus and Lissette were likely hemorraged. Triage puts their wounds first. He quickly rushed over to Desmond. Ahriman inspected Septimus, and determined that it was pretty much a flesh wound. A rather deep flesh wound, "It didn't hit anything important. This will go rather quickly." he said to Desmond. He then began to pour mana into Septimus, pulling the separated flesh back together and sealing the wound. With Septimus no longer bleeding out, he immediately went to Liss. With two broken ribs and a punctured lung, she wasn't bleeding so much as suffocating. "Hold still, I will patch you up until Gabriel gets here." He focused on getting her ribs to mend first, knowing that the fractures would impede her healing otherwise, and hamper her ability to breathe.

Ahriman's initial inspection of Septimius turned out to be false. While it seemed like a flesh wound, Septimius' heart had been pierced in the process, causing an erratic pulse that went from slow to fast. While the bleeding had been stopped, the internal injuries were still evident.
"More of that angel language?," Nikita taunted with a wry smirk, "You're just as much a beast as I. You angels just hide it better."
One of the arrows that were aimed toward Nikita missed sorely, however the other pierced his armor momentarily, breaking a significant chink of it off and piercing his side. As black blood dripped from the hole, Nikita growled and took the arrow out. He turned it around, thrusting it forward to The Minister and aiming toward his thigh as it zoomed along.
As Marcus slammed down on the noble one's great sword, Nikita pulled back immediately. He began to notice the heat that was spreading through the sword, growling to himself. It wouldn't be very long before it broke apart entirely. Nikita jumped back from Marcus, swinging his body around at a blur and stabbing through Ahriman's torso, making certain to pierce at least one major organ.
"You will not meddle with my game any longer," He growled with fiery eyes as he lifted his foot up and kicked Ahriman off of the blade, swinging back around just as fast and instead throwing a punch toward Marcus' face rather than thrusting his sword forward again.

As the blocked door was open again, Boris took the opportunity and quickly hobbled towards the exit. He releases a long whistle and attracted as many birds as possible. A huge flock engulfs the sky like a shroud and all dived down into the tomb, surrounding Nikita while inflicting as much damage as they can.

Marcus slid to the outside of Nikita's punch. Reaching across the vampire's back with one arm, Marcus rocketed his knee into Nikita's abdomen only to be followed up with a bone cracking elbow to the back of his head. He was hoping to impair Nikita's senses at this point, or to just blatantly piss him off.

Liss sat against the wall and simply watched as Boris placed her against the damaged wall. The others were busy while Ahriman came into her view. Lissette's eyes stayed their violent shade as she almost refused to breathe. Like an animal when hurt, Liss was very hostile and Ahriman was instantly rammed by the sword of the vampire. Liss didn't flinch as his blood splattered across her. She couldn't exactly help, or even try to stop the vampire. Watching the fight ensure, Liss reached up to hold her torso. It's not Like Ahriman could conduct surgery on her right there. The wound was internal and blood was slowly filling the poor woman's lungs letting the black liquid drip from her lower lip as she tried each time to exhale.

The breath was stolen from Nikita as a knee went into his abdomen with an astonishing amount of strength. He noticed the elbow aiming toward his head and moved his body slightly to the side, and Nikita barely missed the attack. He responded by driving his free fist into Marcus' sternum.
Meanwhile, the birds would come toward Nikita and burst into flames because of the pure power of Marcus' fiery sword and aura that was close to the vampire noble.

"OH GODS!" Boris exclaimed in horror and commanded the flock to back out. He covered his face to hide his vision from the gruesome scene of the birds he called being scorched to death. He felt dumb for doing for he didn't realize what was happening, he rushed too hastily and never grasp on the current situation.

Marcus took the punch to the chest in stride as it didn't phase him much. Before the vampire could pull his fist back, Marcus grabbed Nikita's wrist and yanked him closer into an even stronger knee to the abdomen.

Nikita responded with a smirk, thrusting his knee to meet Marcus' in a sudden collision of power, yanking his wrist back and smacking Marcus across the face with the butt of his sword.

He felt everything turning black and felt something tugging on him. Where to, he had no idea but it felt warm and like somewhere he was supposed to go. Suddenly something yanked at him from behind, it wasn't warm and pleasant like what was drawing him forward, it was violent but unyielding and he soon found himself looking at the roof of the crypt. He pat his chest and screamed in pain when he felt his heart suddenly stop, it felt like a knife was being twisted around. He screamed out of pure agony but suddenly a flock of birds drowned out his torment. He tried to get up but couldn't get on his knees but rather only managed to drag himself around using his arms and slightly scuffle around with his legs.
"Fu-" He screamed again but suddenly a surge of blood gushed through his teeth. "-ck..." he petered out. Blood ran down his neck and some dribbled off his chin as he helped himself lean against a wall. Everything was blurry and he watched in horror at a fight between a flaming figure and a blurry... a vampire right? Was he just going to die like this? "No... I... don't... brother... someone... I don't care... save me." He whimpered. Tears cut through the blood and he struggled to stay awake but he grasped his chest again when he felt it skip a beat. He wouldn't last much longer. He didn't want to just die like this, he wanted to do something, just something to help. Mana charged in his hands in preparation but just as quickly fizzled out as he felt the pain in his chest again. He couldn't do anything.
