Nothing suspicious, just that BBKing is assuming this technicality works for everyone. When Pin first made his clan account he asked me about what is likely to happen in the event of aboose. I told him that no matter what clan member was using the account, Pin would get infracted for it because he was the lead and therefore responsible. So as you can see, this isn't really about stone allowing or disallowing a clan multi-account, as much as BBKing using a Clan Account to Evade a Ban.

If BBKing was responsible enough to accept his infraction-limit ban, then he would know that the Clan-only account was only to be used when he wasn't banned. Stone gave the yes to BBKing because he was asking if using a Clan Account was okay in the context of being able to post for different members. He misconstrued Stone's word that the Clan Account could evade the Multi-Accounting rule and assumed it could evade the Ban Evasion rule as well. Simple as that.
