Dual electric Arnis
~Abilities~
Can Pulse out Electricity by hitting the floor, or making his dual arnis hit together making a spark, then he can pulse out a little energy in his body making the spark to shoot out and 50% of his body is electric so, if you touch him, he might sting a little.
~Weaknesses~
If he loses his 2 electric Arnis hes vulnerable but he knows martial arts so hes not that powerless
~Story~
He used to work at a power plant till he got bored of what hes doing because you know, who doesn't get bored sitting on a chair, staring at bazillions of screens 24/7 and the only day off is on Saturday. So one day he burst in rage and boredom and grabbed his arnis, went to one of the power plants tesla coils and touched one of the rods as an attempt of suicide, the whole power plant exploded and only he was the only survivor, then he noticed some strange changes on his body and he also noticed that he cant be harmed by any electricity. (pretty generic right ;D)
