Im currently banned for 24 hours after saying someone's name....that's all i did...first thing i typed the entire day... i said a name... and i went to type again..banned for 24 hours...really? all day not a word...i say a name and a 24 hour ban is slapped on me? trolls with ban hammers...I hope the devs Get this stuff sorted out asap. Dude I WS just trolling people with their names are in chats kaitomaster thought it WS for real and it was fun to make people think wyzdm and the magikill has come. For the ban they first banned me on my reisen acc for a day and then I log on to my other reisen2 acc instant ban for a year and then another acc and when I told them I'm reisen another ban for day then I didn't use my 4th acc I knew it would be banned again. Otherwise I really love the game and I'm in the top 100 it was the first time I got banned.

I'm not trolling. I haven't even encountered a broken image link.

I have clicked every single photo bucket link in this thread, and have seen 1 showing Tec to be misrepresented, which this thread has sorted, that's an issue that is sorted and dead, and the rest of someone being banned. The rest haven't shown why or who even banned them, let alone shown abuse of banning powers conclusively.

To put it as simply as I can, all I have seen the photobucket images used as evidence so far is to say
A happened! so Z.

Hence this entire thread has failed to live up to the OP claim aside from Tec's misunderstanding issue, and perhaps a few insulting comments made within this thread towards people. (I'm looking at you Tec, sarcasm really doesn't work on these users).

Since this thread is literally going down a shithole, if the next post by DanielFontan doesn't have a screenshot that supports his argument and if he does post one, fails to fully explain why it's incriminating evidence, then this thread will be locked.

To the banning of just random compliance of random rules. comply or die.

Techness banned me because i did not give the screenshot evidence. He banned me because i would not submit to his will for acquisition of something i had spoken about.

I was busy with other things and uploading them to facebook then deciding to upload them to photobucket and learning how photobucket works ect

He commanded i give. I responded for him to wait. Then i was banned. Clear as day people. Look at the picture..
We talked for a while. And because he freely spent his time with me and thought he had now wasted it...he became vengeful over his preconception of "wasted" time and had to do something to "get me back" so he decided to hold my chat abilities hostage as ransom for getting what he desired from me.

its called torture tactics. maybe its not bamboo chutes under the nails but still bullying tactics of inflicting harm for ones personal fulfillment. Wether you torture to save the world or destroy it. still is what it is. So is this now ok for ALL moderators to do at any time? If they want information or specific actions done that are not chat-room rules related they are aloud to ban in the name of "honorable motivation"... ...its called taking hostage and calling for ransom...cmon guys.

I also was never told or realized I was under law to give to them immediately or be banned. Even with this said. Asking to make clear of what was going down I questioned as in the photo and he replied "Exactly". To the Exact point. There is no refuting. Why is this even being refuted?

I also was never given a warning... just an immediate emotional response of acquisition.

What screenshots were you supposed to provide? Besides not providing screenshots, why were you banned in the first place? Do you have evidence that your original ban was unjustified?

When I said screenshot I meant to say Print Screen. I don't have Screenshot but will soon. So when I click Prt Scr i have to paste it into paint and save it before hitting it again.

So i was going through my hardrive to find these photo's and 2 are missing but its all good they tell the story.

Before the first print screen provided...one of the print screens that was corrupted was he was being obnoxious and cussing while insulting players(not in a friendly joking insulting way either)... i then ask

I was going to reply when I saw him make that post around 4:40 am, but I felt like taking a nap. Now I've come back, it's 1:30, and he's still at it. So, I'm done replying to him with his insufferably annoying "Logic", if you can even call it that.

The original screens shots he was supposed to provide were evidence he claimed he had that proved other moderators were abusing their powers, muting someone after they lost a match or an argument. So, during the entire argument, myself and DragonArcherZ were trying to get him to upload them without success. Near the end of it, Miner said something along the lines of "I would be uploading them, but I'm talking to you" (Paraphrasing). So, the reasons why I muted him for an hour are as following;
So he would have free time to upload those screen-shots, but instead he magically lost them.
Several people in the chat were becoming annoyed with him as well.
And well that's about it, I believe I had a third reason at the time, but since I forgot about it, it probably wasn't important anyway.

So we have a guy calling someone out on the abuse of moderating powers, but fails to provide actual evidence for the initial ban and only provides evidence for the consequences that happened afterward?

Alright, this isn't okay, this is just a long-winded wild goose chase with neither party being able to fully understand each other.

DanielFontan, honestly I can't give you the benefit of the doubt. You need to be able to provide hard evidence of moderator abuse or no one will be able to do anything about it.
Here's a better compromise Dan: now you know what you're looking for: when you see moderator abuse against you, be absolutely sure to screenshot it so you can make your argument. Your claims right now are empty and void, and no one can really support your side if all you have is arbitrary shady evidence, not to mention that most of the screenshots seemed to be you provoking the mods in the first place. If you have any more questions, contact me or _Ai_ via PM, but for now, this thread has gone for long enough without any proof.
