Only the creators of the game can IP ban and we can't undo those. It's possible you were IP banned due to someone else being targeted so you should appeal to the devs themselves at support@stickempires.com.

Yeah IP bans don't let you log in so they're hard to confuse xD

i don't know if i've been banned because i haven't hacked the game (not an hacker) its my first time playing;maybe someone assumed that i was! please if anyone reads this message help me i love the game and wouldn't do anything to exploit it :(

So I met an annoying case today , I am here to ask for support , preferrably a chain banned on all his accounts and IP ban

1) Alternatemark / Upomenos insulted me for no reason, and erase the chat

here are the proofs :


2) the whole chat system was broken due to constant erase, I could not handle the chat at all without any further support in my timezone , so I just recorded the video , please take a look and help me to bring this case to CJ

Just FYI, that wasn't me. Someone impersonating me. Easiest way to see? Upomenos is caps in chat. Not lowercase.

and here are a list of records that I banned his alts



I banned him like 30+ accounts in total, and I believe he is therusher/thebird321/steven321/RomansEmpire/Olepw (not sure tho)

I made a video to record his spam as well



Please help me to bring this case to CJ. Thanks a lot

Mystery you are pretty damn late to the party.

I was banning those guys for 3 hours + before you even got online.
Gale already sent a list of the names to CJ for ip ban.

I find CREEPYJEFF to be reasonable. He does deserve the occasional hour ban once in a while. But I doubt he makes alt accounts to spam.
He hasn't been playing that long, he is a post chat box release player. This means 1,000 games since chat box release.

Also, how does the amount of games on an account lead to alt spamming?

It is obviously spam.
So is the dude blanking chat or whatever.
