Membership not regestring

Hello admins,
I have recently bought membership and have not recived it, i have the coins but not the actual membership, i tried buying it 3 times and still only get coins. help please

It can take up to 24 hours to receive membership after you buy it. Please be patient. If you are still having this problem by tomorrow try contacting the developers at support@stickempires.com. They might be willing to refund the other two purchases if you email them about it.
