Seriosuly as much as I knew you you weren't a noob , and now you just start acting like one , if you really dont have anything to say dont just go swearing, I dont care that you can act like a 12 year old. Anyway to avoid any conflicts , the reason why I said you disgust me was because you used the excuse "rust" , now just because you havent animated in a while doesnt mean you are rusty , Ive seen your old animation and this one is just another one of them , you cant loose that much if you havent learned that much

Wow that was unexpected , Im glad to see some mature people on stickpage, so now you have my respect :)

Anyway for the animation now , its wasn't that bad it has basics , I saw some points of easing and the were quite enough of frames in the moves , well still you should ease a bit mroe , and your main problem is stiffness. The punch was to weak and It went too low. Camera movements were good. To make the punch more powerfull you should make him move more forward when he punches , add a ground shake , make the reaction of the guy that got punched stronger ( like make him fall back a bit , and you can also double frame the punch. Anyway good job , keep on practicing.
