Turn Eighteen:
Caelo respawned once more, this time actually in some decent armor so that she didn't just get speared like last time. In fact, it was quite similar to Mk.VI MJOLNIR armor, which was perfect since she was working with Iona. Getting into a relatively sitting position where she could actually think, the spotter found herself atop a cannon. The Spam-O-Matic, which shocked her soon as she even put a hand out to it.
"Roland, focus all fire on the Monolith."[/b] Speaking shortly and sharply, legs hanging off the edge of the tower. In her hands bloomed an Energy Sword, but she couldn't use it just yet.
[UNSC Infinity Inbound - 35% - MAC Cannons Online Next Turn]
Caelo watched from above. The platform wasn't that high but enough to break a few bones if she jumped off unprotected or untrained. The field was unfolding with numerous dangers. All of this to try and take down one rampaging bot.
"
The target is still alive. How is that? We just unleashed an entire ballistic force capable of neutralizing a Covenant infantry battalion.[/b] Roland said suprised. "
What exactly are we fighting here?
Then a new target unfolds before Roland, a huge pyramid with massive cannons.
...but whatever you found Spotter, its a threat to mankind.[/b]" Roland voiced.
The Infinity quickly reloaded.
And fired.
Screaming missiles escaped the ship, all headed direct for the massive Necron Monolith. As the monolith came into view, its entire structure became apparent. It stood a good seven stories high and was as wide as three buildings. And it was levitating.
The Necron Monolith quickly fought back, its Gauss Cannons shot down what it could and the massive crystal into the air. The Particle Whipe surged forth like jagged lightning, destroying a large amount of missiles before they made contact but the fact was, that the Infinity launched a lot.
Explosions riddled the Monolith's front side that forced it down slightly before it levitated back up. The Necron superweapon took notice to the Infinity and focused its gauss weapons at it.
[OOC: Just to clarify, Gauss weaponry is a special type of weapon used by Necrons that literally take molecules out from the target and send it back to the gun. Each Necron unit, including the monolith, has this type of weapon. They literally 'flay' the target of its armor/flesh/whatever-it-hits.]
The green energies clash with the UNSC Infinity's shields, powerful forces that attempt to rip holes through the shield.
"This is taking too long! We need more firepower!" Gaaading slammed on the intercom button to the engineering bay. "What can we do to speed things up down there?!" A minute and a half later he was met with a reply. "Sir, if we had more energy the progress could be doubled." With no hesitation he directed his attention to the shielding crewman. "Divert power from the shields to the engineering bay!" The crewman's stammering followed "B-b-but Sir! That would cut our shields in hal--", "WE ARE NOT LETTING THIS BASTARD LEAVE!" The Commander roared. The fury in his eyes burned like the hot plasma that burned into the Spire. "This is all we can do right now. Our people, our pilots are there taking the fight to the GodBot while we sit up here and watch..." This was the burden of the Commander. A warrior left to watch as others fight alongside each other, to be in the heat of battle, the rush of the fight. "Now I'm nothing more than a spectator..." he thought grimly.
[Shields halved; Interceptor fleet construction complete]
Sharing the sky with the incoming Infinity-class ship, was Gaaading's carrier. The spire was still standing but the interceptors were doing their best trying to take it apart.
By command of Executor Gaaading, the power was diverted to the engineering bay and quickly as it was done, three interceptors were unveiled to the world. The shields suddenly dimmed from its previously bright color. The quick construction had its drawback. The shields were halved.
-Executor Gaaading's Carrier Shields hav
e been halved!-[/center]
The interceptors flew around, their photon blasts sometimes taking out the bots as they came in the line of fire. The Crimson Spire moaned once more. Something was happening inside of it as it drilled through the thread's wall.
The Aquilan perimeter was holding but they were losing men. The DeepNet bots were an unrelenting tide of terror as two of Aquila's men succumbed to brutal beatings and bites. The bots were still pouring from the void above the thread, even as the Spam-o-Matic platforms tried to contain them. Soon the perimeter would be breached and the thread would be overrun.
Azure Kite takes the helmet, the AI flowing directly into him. His eyes flash as its data courses throughout his frame. He retreats a bit, Azure Orca moving alongside him. Azure Orca looks to his leader, then with a nod, thrusts his blade into his chest. For a moment, nothing happens... then the Azure Sea Knight flows into Azure Kite's body, transferring all his remaining energy!
[Data Drain Charge: 50/50]
Azure Kite, feeling the excess energy, points his hand at Goggles, a jagged triangular mark transcribing itself onto his form and glowing a bright orange.
[Curse Mark Charge: 2/2]
[The massive presence of bots increase the Azure Knights' ferocity by 0.2%!]
Fueled by energy and ferocity from the large number of irregularities, Azure Kite unleashes the power of the Curse Mark, the symbol which had caused him to be mistaken for Tri-Edge. For a moment, he seems to vanish... only for three of him to appear, surrounding Goggles as if he stood on the points of the Curse Mark. Raising their hands, the 3 Kites unleash the devastating power of the Massive Data Drain at point blank on Goggles!
[Aside from Damage, the Massive Data Drain removes Goggles' Armor and Shielding, and is absorbed into Azure Kite's body instead.]
Meanwhile, Azure Balmung, sensing the changing conditions of the battle, renews his attack on the Shadow-Skeith, seeking to end the battle quickly to assist his master. Inside, he knew things were far from over, and he needed to provide as much support as he could.
Aquila's breath came in gasps and pants. "That was close... way too close." He helped Azure Kite up, and noticing the wounds on his body, took off his helmet. "Here put this on." He handed him the helmet while pulling out a cigarette. "Epsilon is a healing fragment it should help." He lit the cigarette and puffed a cloud of smoke.
He stood up and looked at how few of his clones were left. He ran his fingers through his hair, sweat causing it to mat to his head. "Skeith team, fall back." The two remaining soldiers turn and return to Aquila. He grabbed one of their helmets and placed a chip over its own chip dock, duplicating AI information. He took out his visor and inserting the chip, put it on.
"Sir I son't know if this is the best idea." Cortana reported. "The helmet is an optimal form of protection that you shouldn't neglect."
"But the real fragments heal better than copies." Aquila shook out his limbs to get loose, the ashes from his cigarette tumbling off. "Now you two, protect Azure Kite at all costs, is that understood?" The two saluted and he returned it before rushing over to Balmung.
"Hey Avatar, remember me?" Aquila pulled out his gravity hammer. "Let's begin where we left off." The two soldiers created a circle around Skeith, both on opposite sides with Skeith in the middle. Though his clones were made to be his equal, no one was as strong as the original. Aquila spun his hammer and pinpoint his target, it was the scythe. He would lock it down in any way necessary to give Balmung the opportunity it needed. The Skeith had to be dealt with quickly, so that once it was destroyed, he and Balmung could help Orca.[/B]
Skeith flew skyward as his torso began to separate into smaller parts. The gold borders were replaced with a bright white color. Its head, now fully white stared down his opponents. The Scythe disappeared, fragmented into nothingness until it reformed behind the Shadow-Skeith into seven swords that rotated behind him.
The blades behind Skeith glowed a bright yellow and burst forward towards Balmung and Aquila. Balmung and Aquila dodged but the blades moved quicker than expected. Skeith's swords had pierced through one of his soldiers, held up only by the same weapons that murdered him. Balmung's leg was stabbed right through. Aquila barely dodged two in his dash.
Aquila cringed. What now?
Goggles look around him and realize he was the center of something he would be feeling in the morning.
The three unleash their power; a charge that was the entire battle in the making. Their hands glowed, red panels floated around their hands like bracelets and three traingular panes circled them. Multicolored codes built up in all three of the Kite's hands until it burst forward towards Goggles!
The attack struck the GodBot like a wakeup call: Sources. They are powerful.
The attack severed Goggles' connection to FA and for the time being, the GodBot's armor cracked and ceased movement. His code, unveiled and exposed, leaked out of him like blood. It pooled like water below him, slowly dissolving as it entered a state of idling.
The Shadow-Skeith, noticed his master's plight and swooped in, its seven swords quickly twirled around him as each expanded like a sawblade. The swords cut through the Azure Kites and Aquilas like they were nothing. The Avatar grabbed the downed Goggles and flew away towards the Monolith and left Aquila and a damaged Balmung on the ground.

Concentrating on that big screen, Logic scripts half of his project.

Logic's plan begins to take form, codes swirl around him in multiple spirals as the real virtual gloves glow in power.Soon the plan will take effect. The scripts accelerate by the second and some stop altogether, signalling their finality. The codes keep coming as Logic concetrates his best for this attack.

Ipman Respawns
"Damn!, my hardwork...Well at least i still got Picatsu" he looks at the ground and he sees a coat, he grabs it, and then it gave him access to ultimate Parkour skills! "Woah, the world feels much lighter..." he then runs as fast as he could, a little blade then pops up from the arm of the coat, he chuckles "haha! there is a hidden blade! but it has energy within." then another thing popped out of the shoulders of the coat, he chuckles harder "Haha! another hidden thing? but whats this? its a gun? with runes on it." he now knows what to do...
[Hidden Gun Blades Charge 1/30!]
-Ipman's Hidden Gun Blades Charge at 1/3
0!-[/center]
Ipman parkours his way towards Skeith, his eyes settle on the damaged Goggles. Maybe they can finish this! Rushed with adrenaline, the parkour enthusiast quickly charges his newfound weapon.
"You're not getting away that easily!" Ipman exclaimed.
Just above, a new user comes into view. Lamitrov, a newcomer, disliked the idea of his new home under siege and takes part in the attack against Goggles.
Necron gauss rifles fire on Ipman, luckily, he managed to dodge the attacks. Space Marines come into his rescue, firing their bolters at the deathless army.
"Go! Take down the Monolith!" One of the marines screamed.
Whilst observing the situation while floating in the sky. Lamitrov decides to take part in the attack against Goggles and tears off his left arm to use as his blade. Lamitrov screams in agony and anger for not knowing why he did that but remains focused. He beings to channel energy into his arm blade so that he may use dimension slash.
