The pose of your RHG in the pic seems kind of awkward bec. I don't think that stickmen should be having necks. But if you intend to put a neck on him, make it shorter bec. the pose doesn't suits. Well for me atleast…
I also saw your animation for your RHG Battle(Considering that the link was in YouTube) and you seem to have the need to practice your movements. And the anim could've showed more fighting scenes but there wasn't. To be honest, I kind of liked the last part the most. All you need to do is to just practice the movements of your stickmen.
They should have the flow and ease. And their bodies seem to be stiff. There's a lot of things that you could learn and you kind of have potential. I'll be expecting for your tryout.

I kind of agree with Biomega here. Though that depends on your style. If your style/method of animating is creating lesser frames, then your fps should be lesser as well. But if you're making more frames, then the higher the fps is.
