I love how much you guys overreacted.
I kinda brought that upon myself. My bad. I sounded like an entitled little shit.
To be truthful I actually enjoyed the trip. I just like to put a negative view on everything. Just because. Don't ask.
I was just pissed because he threatened to smash my laptop when I was playing in my own personal time because he made a sudden plan, and called me a useless piece of shit JUST because I forgot to pack ONE bag into the car while I was busy taking a shit and helping my sisters pack their stuff.
We only saw the aurora once, and it wasn't that impressive. The other days were cloudy.
Also, we got stuck in snow once.
That's all that's negative about the trip.
Yeah. Bad moods really do affect your experiences.
Speaking of, he finally complimented me today. Apparently I'm a natural with a camera. Took quite a few amazing photos of bald eagles from 100 metres away, as well as some swans.
Either that, or he's just complimenting the camera.
Now that I'm in a better mood, at least, I'd just like to clarify that the trip was nice, and all my negativity was towards my father's indifference to my own achievements and actions.
My previous post was my fault.
So chill.
Lesson of the day: Do not post rants in public forums where everyone is critical.

The game designer.

Nope, still the kid. If you're seriously willing to give up a chance of a lifetime, something that most people only ever get to DREAM of doing, just to own some bullshit item from a shitty game? Even if it was a GOOD game and a GOOD item I wouldn't so it. Basically, I think the dad is doing the kid a favor and trying to prevent him from being a loser who'd rather sacrifice the chance of a lifetime for some bullshit item.

Lesson of the day is to not badmouth your family in public.

Well, technically, he badmouthed me in public first. Even my sisters agreed that he was in the wrong for calling me a useless piece of shit.
But that's none of my concern.
What's important is that we made nice, or at least broke the ice. Alaska is a pretty chill place, despite of the cold and the meagre daylight.
So, please, enough with the cold comments.

I got some games I bought for myself, some nice shirts, a lovely coat and a tankard.
I also got nothing but complaints about the fact the expensive jacket I got my step sister didn't have Paul's Buttique slapped on the back of it. It's not nice when a 13 year old girl calls you a pathetic cunt on Twitter behind your back. :(
