Sound Probz

I am working on an animation and I am 4 minutes in, but I notice 1-3 sound effects come out late in the swf. In the fla they come out in the right moment but in the swf they are a second off. Any suggestions on how to fix this (btw I am on flash 8)?

i've encountered this before... Yeah, i think so...
just follow that tutorial, and hopefully it'll get fixed, it worked for me..
