What tablet are you using? Try changing the preview mode.
Bit of a long shot, but I would recommend first plugging in the tablet before opening flash. I noticed some programs, like photoshop, don't like it when the driver is plugged in while running. <- I know a guy (with a bamboo tablet) whos flash cs6 stopped freezing and crashing after doing that.

I had similar issues recently. What I did was uninstall the tablet driver, uninstall the program and reinstall both. It ended up working, but because I did both I have no idea if the tablet or the program was the issue. Does the error message have a number or something? Have you tried to google similar problems? Good luck man tablets can be a bitch

^that (or if you are not with the latest driver, update them, if you are with the latest driver than try rolling back to the previous), if it doesn't work, I heard that Flash is having some problems with popclip, so if you have that installed try uninstalling it and try again.
If none of that works, (I assume that you are with Flash 6 ) , uninstall it and try installing Flash 5 and tell us if it crashes aswell.
