Green and blue. It helps soothe my eyes when I stare at it especially after more than 10 hours in front of a screen.

I meant that I stare into something green or blue that isn't on screen to help soothe my eyes. Staring into a screen with blue/green hues is still straining them.

Also, I stare into a screen for around 10 hours due to work.
