Also in the section rules ( http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?77041-RHG-Characters-Section-Rules-(As-of-12-19-2014))it says to wait and keep your activity up on the site and soon the thing will pop up but it hasn't yet so i think i just did something wrong and i don't know what.

I think to see it you need to have like 20 posts or something like that. It will pop up soon.
