I've been looking around for an as3 vcam and didn't find one.

Did you even try to google the phrase "AS3 Vcam?" I hate referring people to google, but you have to learn to actually try to do stuff on your own rather than relying on other people. Did you even click on any of the links and read to see what other people were asking or saying about it? Or did you just refer here because it didn't say "Come download AS3 VCAM HERE"?

And if you still cannot figure it out, download an AS2 VCAM and use the AS2.0 setting when making an anim.
