Yeah, same as what Setto said. The foot placement is off at some parts, so some of the movements look jittery. I really liked the flash of red when the guy's head is cut off.

Setto i looked at your piv file on how you did your animation.. and i noticed why theres choppiness..

1. You didin't ease properly.

and why theres stiffness:

1. you didin't move al the body parts in each frame :)...

THATS ALL! FIX IT (also poses) AND YOU WILL BE GREAT ANIMATORRRRR!...

The poses and easing your probably right :3
But I'm like positive i moved each joint each frame

nop u didint move all the joint. or maybe u moved it a tiny bit of it.
