No Center Tower option

Stick Creators... could you have an option to play without the center tower?? Once someone gets a Tower Spawn, its over. It would be nice to have an all out battle without someone getting this advantage. Any thoughts? Thanks!

The whole point of the centre tower is to make both players have something to fight over, take it out and the games will drag on and you'll have no motivation to fight the other player.
You'll get loads of stalemates, the tower is meant to snowball one player ahead of the other.

Tower is huge in gameplay, whether it's passive gold or tower spawn.

Tower spawn doesn't drastically affect the game that much btw.
It's usually so that the opponent can pressure a bit more without paying a repeated 450 or so for a tank

You even seen walls and CA3? Mmmhm. Tower Spawn is needed to deal with that. ;)

Yeah... To that if the opponent allows you to set up 3 ca's you should have some sort of army by then.

Tower spawn can make a big difference, trust me. It helped me beat Jerry in an OvO.

We should also play without speartons in general, cause first spear = first kill.
if I were you, I would effectively learn how to prevent the enemy from holding tower. Not trying to insult you, but it sounds like you're upset over giving up the center tower. What you're giving up in reality is the map and control space. And then you let him rake in +20g every couple seconds and and the ability to spawn you. You're doing it to yourself. If you don't like that in a ranked game, you should learn how to beat it. If you want to play someone without that, it's why we have custom matches. Just have them agree to your terms.

I thought center tower didn't do much at first anyways? The tower spawn was added later or am I wrong?

Forget tower spawn, Center tower means so much. It means map control, the ability to react to your opponent, the ability to scout esp. mana timings and in general how much mana they're getting, miner count (for example, an obvious one: OvO, red bells should be going off if he has 1 on mana with 6 miners total...make a wall asap). Two miners worth of income is huge, and it gives you the ability to pressure in, and if forced back, to regroup with reinforcements and fight an even fight while still having that eco.

Yes, I know that...But obviously without TS, it's value is decreased no matter how you look at it.
