Idk how to make him look like always get pushed by his blood fist when he hit the ground

As far as syncing goes, it's good. Everything else feels weird. The movements, floating, and combos looked weird. Maybe add more key frames, in betweens and make the movement a little more natural? I know natural is so vague but I don't know how to explain it well. Btw, what fps is this?
