I guess I like English the best because Swedish sounds so stupid. Like seriously, when I was younger I was incapable of watching Swedish dubbed movies because it made the movie much worse.

Maybe it has more to do with poor dubbing work rather than Swedish sounding stupid? Dubbed movies are generally subpar in quality. I've seen some English-dubbed anime and Filipino-dubbed Korean soap operas and they're generally not done well, so I think dubbing just isn't done that great in every part of the world.

As someone who watches a lot of Ingmar Bergman movies, I'd like to say I quite like the sound and flow of the Swedish language very much.

I enjoy korean and japanese quite a bit, even though I don't speak them. I just like the way they sound when sang in songs.

I Love English so much. Not only it's easy, it's also weird which makes it beautiful. Mysterious and beautiful, just the way I like my girls. I stopped giving so much shits about French class after I got into English.

Surely, with a passion for english you could come up with a phrase more 'mysterious and beautiful' than "stopped giving so much shits".

After watching Breaking Bad. I was quite intrigued by Spanish. In particular the way they say thank you. "Por favor". God dammit it sounds great.

There's one thing about English that I strongly dislike. And it's spelling/pronunciation. Here's some examples.

bass.
know.
knowledge.
maybe.
welcome.

Rules just seem to change when and where they want. There's little continuity. It makes it very hard for foreigners learning the language.

1. French. I love the sound of spoken French.
2. Any language that uses Chinese characters. I appreciate the pictographic nature of these languages.
3. Japanese, precisely because pronunciation is so simple and elegant. It's said exactly the way it's written (unlike English). However I dislike the extreme prevalence of homonyms. Korean has 7 vowel sounds, which helps reduce the number of homonyms.

I am somewhat interested in German, Russian and Arabic too.

Least favourite languages:

1. Spanish. Don't like the culture, don't like the language.
2. Italian. Not a fan of how it sounds.
3. Siamese. Sounds weird.
