....I dont quite know when all of these noobs migrated to stickpageportal, but I think it might be the Easytoon and Pivot forums that are attracting a big portion of them. Youtube, Droidz, and even Darkdemon have all laid in massive amounts of users into Stickpageportal, and I think the best solution might be to close off the easytoon and pivot sections. Just keep easytoon and pivot off the forums. This would do two things for the site: Keep focus on the flash forum, and effectively halve the userbase, cutting out most of the new members that are flooding the site. They can always go back to newgrounds, or some other site that supports the other programs, but the new users becoming a deterrant for many of the older users.

IF we closed down the pivot sections then i would never have came here and you'd all be sad.

I'm used to hearing attacks on the pivot crowd, but since when were the easytoon people a problem?

Even just looking through the Easytoon section briefly right now, I'm seeing high quality animations being posted and lots of mature and helpful criticism.

Because those people dont know about the flame wars that are going on here everyday

i think that most noobs come here because there are sections that you can understand where they are. i tried newgrounds, and in my opinion, it SUCKED.

i probably worded that wrong, though.

Maybe newgrounds sucks in your opinion because its a FLASH forum and not a STICK forum?

There has ALWAYS been noobs at SPP. Honestly I dont think anybody here minds them because they are part of SPP and they help make this place what it is. Without noobs it would just be the same old members sitting around trying to make jokes about things and talking about unrelated topics.

You closed off the pivot and easytoon sections your not going to get some good members that are joining because of the easytoon and pivot sections.
So, there is no point of closing them.
