Your missing the point I'm trying to say. He can animate himself but he choose to steal like you. If he deserves to get kicked out of a clan when another clan mate did the same thing (no matter the time difference or punishment) they both should be kicked out.
He's going to animate his own things just like you.
Idk if this is some revenge thing and you'll feel better that someone else went through the same trouble you have but just leave olep alone.
Oh and olep never joined trinity. Trinity is a lot more strict and being kicked from there could equel to a warning here

Ya but currently your saying olep should be kicked because I got kicked from another clan for doing a slightly different thing and got punished by being kicked out of a stricter clan so same should go for him.
One way or another its you's discision so leave it too him

Doing something illegual is doing something illegual period.
This is not about how someone else should of had something append to them in the past, it is about what to do with another person NOW.
Pulling off some bullshit excuse like you didint have it so he wont, wont help your point.

He took his animation, removed the layer with the ennemy on it and rotated it.
