It was quite amazing. My friends have opened up a gaming center here and have Tekken 7 on Playstation. I might head there later tonight to play. They've just bought MK 10 too.

Now just to clarify Tekken7 is still in the testing incomplete phase yeah?

I'd be super heart broken to find out Yoshimitsu isn't in it, he's been my tekken character since I played my first tekken game which was 2.

It was a lot of fun. I haven't played straight up 1v1 combat games in years.

What were the features in T5 that you felt were missing in T6?

I'm curious too.

While I'm nostalgic as fuck for T5 and have very fond memories of playing it for the first time, it was wondrous. T6 still felt like the next natural progression for the series, it seemed to have more content and an equally well tuned combat system. The only drawback to T6 is those loading times.

But he may be referring to parts of the game on a competitive level.

Tekken Bowling maaaaan
seriously though, like all the minigames in T5 were fun as hell, and the customization was much better, in game prices for costume stuff wasn't so crazy unreasonable.
Gameplay wise I like them both the same although of course Tekken 6 looks better and has Lars and Cheesebot8000. But it's the little things man.
Competitively T6 is superior, T5 was just really fun

Oh yeah, forgot about bob. Bob is a fantastic character though honestly, has one of my favorite movesets in the game.

Same here. I was playing with a bunch of guys who have essentially never seen a 1v1 Fighting Game in their life except perhaps Street Fighter at some Arcade. They all went nuts when I started using Bob because he was such a behemoth but moved like lightning.

In every tekken game I've been a big fan of yoshimitsu, actually I played him a lot in soul calibur too.
So I'll have to say yoshimitsu and lee chaolan.

But I was never really on a competitive level with it. I'd like to get in on that with tekken7 if they port it to PC.
