Plyzex anim : effects are great but the movement are weird. actually we know what they do but need more training on easing and poses :p and also try to make a background next time (grass or rock with a blue sky it's easy just put 2 rectangle in different color xD)
So yeah! work on the poses with the brush (i know it's hard first time) and try to make more frame for a move (like 5 frame for moving the arm down to up) don't forget the onion tool it's really help for draw and try again when you see the stick isn't good. patient is the key for animating :D

Gk Anim : Nice Intro of the clan :o . the hit is great and the end was funny, but when he fall he look like he's teleporting. add more frame to the movement it's look like it's running on 15 FPS :x
I suggest you to use Tweening for the fall and for moxen flying away. i liked the smoke effect when he touch the ground :D
SO yeah! add more frame in movement!
