That run...
It's kinda choppy.
That run is very bad, you should go back and work on runs.
Don't waste time looping a fall.
The first part, he is very stiff.
That flip was stiff also.
You should go back and work on the basics a bit more.

Really lame idea to skip lunch for this. I mean anyone can make this in half an hour. No offense but its not even close to good.
