The percent means how much damage you have taken. The higher percent, the more chance you can go flying off the stage in a strike.
Players in super smah bros try to get as much percent, then knock their opponent off the stage.

Guyz sry. My internet was not workin i don't know why but plz sry and a lot happened in my absence and hey arumazu sry but if u agree i have completed my animation but its short cuz net was not workin and so i was not using comp.
