As far as I can say.
The feet are way too wobbly, They move around instead of having a straight pose.
Try double framing more and if you are using line tool, use both onion skin and outline in order to get the lines in a good place.
I am not a fan of that head style, but thats ok. He takes it off.?
The ball had poor physics so i suggest you to try and work on a boucing ball .

I made the head like that because I was bored (BTW)

Actually, you should stick with one tool especially if you are a beginner.
Pencil and tool is not like line at all, it ia actually more like pencil...
