I decided to hang out with some old high school "friends" (It's more like they really like to hang out with me, and I have nothing else better to do sort of situation) who were in town for spring break. I asked one of the girls in the group: (mind you, she's in college, so probably 18-19 years old)

"What time is it?" She looks at her watch and says "5:32" which sounded way off, so I dug my phone out of my pocket and it said "7:23".

I said "you should fix you're watch because it's way off" She looks at her watch, squints at it and says "Wait, the little hand is the second number right?"

I stood up and immediately went home. My faith in humanity died right there and then and a little piece of my sanity died with it.

Oh man, I have this exact same kid at my school, minus the fact that he raps.

My school is majority black, so there's this one bowl-cut nasally-voiced white kid who tries to do whatever he can to act stereotypically black in order to fit in. I don't really talk to the guy, but I see him around.
