Her paper can cut through steel, but it's not harder than steel.

How will Hewitt answer this? :D

Wowe well.

Did you know if you flicked a grain of sand at a house it does nothing

But if you flick it and it reaches near the speed of light the house blows up

Also maybe because the paper becomes incredibly sharp? like, beyond obsidian sharp. Also there's cutting through steel and then there's penetrating through steel

and if she stabs instead of slashes, the blade is backed up by all the material behind it instead of having air behind it

Just a quick question for Hewitt to get something completely cleared out :

You state that it's a no-risk battle, and said that if we do not submit, we do not incur a loss. What if we submit but do not win, will it also count as an official loss, or do we really only incur points for a win?

I'm asking this since I've been pretty low on inspiration for wRHG as of current (I'm not certain if it'll be over by your deadline) and I honestly doubt that if I'd submit that I'd be able to win. Though I really do not wish to back out, neither do I wish to submit to a fight that I know I can't win.

I already asked this question, if you lose, you incur the loss.
It is only no-risk if you do not create a story

Wait, when you fold, shouldn't it not be sharp?

Amazing. It's like you don't read the very first thing on the profile at all.

So, in theory, she could make a paper set of gliding wings?

I guess. If she wanted to. Although, I doubt she'd do it in the middle of a battle unless it was a battle that spanned an entire day and it consisted of hide and seek tactics. She doesn't plan ahead

Quote from WafflesMgee
Hewitt, the idea with her personality wasn't she could analyse stuff and mentally pick them apart to see how they work. The idea was that she could get stuff from the world around her and slap them together to make something that could give her the edge.

You ever watch Guardians of the Galaxy? Think of Rocket. Quick hands that can make a nasty-ass bomb out of some random ship parts.

Waffles. The idea wasn't that I would use your idea exactly. The idea was that the user-submitted entries were all prompts that I could manipulate as I see fit.

Quote from Matthew Murphy
What happens next? She fold a nuke bomb and win? Or simply fold an armour that makes her invincible?

When will you guys learn that he's just trolling you all. Stop replying to this guy. He eats, breathes, and drinks OP for breakfast.

Truthfully.

The deadline has passed. Tough luck.

You also apparently don't read on your own. Everything is on the frontpage.

So you came to sign up on this just so you can submit a random entry and see me battle no one? Battles aren't about winning. If you don't want to battle, then don't. But that doesn't mean that I'll just take it in stride. You knew the risks of signing up and you knew the responsibilities of submitting. I said it was no-risk only in the guarantee that you will see something from me. But as to whether or not you deliver, that's an entirely different matter.

Seriously? I'm working my ass off to deliver 11 battles, and you're worried about a loss point? Try. Persevere. If you manage to even do something you are automatically better than 50% of the RHG section's noobs.

Status Update:
Battles Received - 0 of 11
Battles Completed - 3 of 11

Not looking good guys, I hope you can deliver. The fact that the deadline is short means that the story shouldn't be a doorstopper. Try to work within the constraints.

Also btw, please for the love of god do not submit using googledocs. I hate that fucking thing. Paste your story in its raw form when you PM it to me.

Then I shall do my best to keep it short. I've done so in some battles, I can do it for this I suppose. :)

[I didn't know my writings can instill horror by length]

Alright dude. I'm just worried is all.

I will announce the real deadline later on. It will hinge on my ability to deliver the next few batches.

I'm going to try to finish my story, but I'm not entirely sure if I will be able to.
Sorry to disappoint if I don't, I really wanted to but things this last week have picked up and I've been busy.

But a quick question; to keep it from being too tl;dr, about how long would you prefer our stories to be?

EDIT: or do you even care

Is this gonna be all in one go or in 11 separate polls [for those who will submit of course]?
