The first thing that I'm having qualms with is the death ray. It may look really cool in your head, and you may actually be able to get some really good descriptive language about how deathly black and death-y it is, but when you get down to the actual usability of it... eh. For you to win a wRHG with my character for example, you just have to write me getting hit with it, and for me to even have a CHANCE at winning, I have to write my character somehow dodging it. You can see how this could get repetitive after a while.
The next thing I'm having qualms with is this:
if you throw a train at him he'll live but he'll be fucked up
Most people can't really... throw... trains... <.<
Using my character as an example once again- how would Dante defeat Keron?
He might have a chance if (after sidestepping a kamehameha) he were able to cut Keron's limbs off.
Dante has a butterfly knife. That's like... three letters away from a butter knife. And when you consider that some wRHGs don't even carry blades- you can see why I'm hesitant here as well.
That said- if you were to simply remove the death ray and have him be as vulnerable to attacks as a regular human would- you might be okay. He runs fast, he flies, apparently he has a sword- I can stand a chance against that.
Cheers.
