and this is something that i highly recommend to everyone regardless of whether or not it should necessarily be labeled "avant-garde":



the common label Cilio gets ("minimalism") is totally wrong imo (which i could explain if anyone disagrees), and he has pretty much no parallel, so despite his music's tonality, i'd call it avant-garde. whatever you categorize it as, it's beautiful stuff.

years ago i had a thread about http://topsters.net/ charts and i'm kind of curious about seeing people's favorites again
