aggh, we put things in it that CLEARLY STATE that it isnt our work, and only the grapics were changed, will u stfu already about that, if they really wanted to protect there games, they can make it only play when on a certain site, or use SWF-Safe or something.

Dude, easy now. Modding is legal as long as you give credit to the original creator and as long as you don't sell it without their permission. I mean, if he mods something and then tries to pass it off on his own, then get on him... Otherwise, you are getting upset over nothing... If you are trying to pull him down, then also, go complain about every single Half Life mod that has done the exact same thing...

I belive you MUST ask the permission of the maker of the game.
Or that is at least a unwritten rule, i know if i spent alot of timeon a flash game and put alot of hard work on it.
Then i saw a porno game or something of lower quality mad from my original i wouldnt want my name on it, and i would be royaly pissed.
And to the bit in bold, thats like saying.

Its not the point, you must ask.
Thats proberly all im going to say on the matter, but thats my opinion and i think you should really take that into account.
I've seen websites taken down for doing stuff like that.
