how to import high quality sounds into Flash cs4

when i play the soundfile before importing it sounds good
but after i import it, the quality becomes shit
how do i keep it a high quality ?

That makes no sense, InnoSinn.

Tugz, what you've got to do is go to file>Publish Settings and change the audio stream and audio event options to 160kbps bit rate. That should increase the quality quite a bit.
