Vortismal's shadow flickered from existence and slowly began to fade into fiction. Its darkness began to seep into Vortismal himself after each step.

It collected on the palm of his hand, materializing into a pedestal and upon it the energy formed into a figure riding a horse. The figure had a crown on his head and a bow in his hand, dressed nobly. "Rise my brother." Death commanded and dropped the figurine next to him. It landed on the floor then grew, reforming back into the first horseman, Conquest. Time seemed to stop as all the horsemen turned to Death and gave him a bow as a sign of their respect before going on with their own business. "Now then I see someone's death." He stared at Goggles and warped away, preparing to do his job. Death has come, resurrecting his brother Conquest and now preparing his scythe in preparation to harvest Goggle's soul in his Ethereal Dimension. Ethereal Dimension Reaver 1/10

Death manifested on his pale horse and from his command, Conquest rose from the essence Gluttony had collected. The first rider was first confused, his demise a sort of haze in his memory. He gripped his bow and fixated his gaze on his elder brother.

"Much to be done," Death said to his brother. "My gift of release is not for you to take, Conquest."

The final rider eyed his target: Goggles. A white mist began to envelope his hands as he chanted and whispered. Wisps of mist began to solidify and take form just behind him as each word acted like a binder to the white smoke that escaped his person.

"Forgive me, brother," Conquest bowed as he found his killer: Black Ace. Yet, he found nothing against him, only respect. Black Ace was currently in a lock against the Echo of the Party Soldier.

The data drain began to take effect as the Echo's own corruption took its toll on the murder bot. Lines of code drilled into the ooze that was known as the Echo's head, disassembling what code it find. However, the clone's corruption seeped into Black Ace's own and attacked his. The two fighters stared each other down until both are forced to leave from each other's presence. A massive spark exploded in between them, as data drain and corruption met halfway through their processes and collided with one another. The fighters were sent to either end, dazed but not out.

Black Ace and the Echo exhale and smile; the opponent charges as his ooze morphed into blades.

With little to move around with, the murder bot grabbed the spear still pierced through his gut and twirled it. Splatters of his own oil and ooze litter the field. From Black Ace's hand, his dark nanobots spread onto the golden spear. The nanobots began to reconstruct the weapon to match its style. Rigid spikes protruded from the main blade.

"Must you really go against your superior?" Black Ace muttered as his spear clashed with the Echo's arm-blades.

The murder bot's eye widened and pulled back his spear and the Echo screeched. Black Ace swept the spear, now what looked like a naginata, and struck out the mid-air clone. The Echo split in two and charged once again.

"Come at me then," Black Ace said gleefully.

The Emissary's felt a burning pain at the back of his eyes and at the pit of his stomach. His bones ached and muscles sore as if he had run several marathons simultaneously. He simply fell from the portal and laid himself down. He concentrated on resting as he tried his best to drown out the screeches of the Bhyakee.

Suddenly, the turret beside one of the towers morphed. Aquila's eyes couldn't believe it. Another Echo.

Wrath screamed in excitement as War swept him across. The drones dodged the heavy attack and returned with a vengeance. Drone 1 swept his hammer and collided with the flat face of Wrath. The second rider pushed the drone away as he noticed one had crept up too easily beneath his guard. The drone proceeded to pummel War's gut with a volley of high speed punches. The rider yelled as he raised both fists and drove Wrath's pommel down onto the drone's head. The drone's faceplate met the ground as War simply laid his boot onto it.

The Drone 7 flung himself at War, the sudden collision ripped War off the ground and sent directly through to the Barricade of Paradox. The drones follow and would reach the barricade in moments.

Conquest observed the field and noticed Famine was in trouble. The Drone, with a painted four on its shoulder pad, wielding the powerful energy cutlass. The blade swept side to side, with vertical slashes that punctuated the danger the third rider was in. To make matters worse, another drone, this one with a two on its side, began to unleash a torrent of caliber rounds that pelted Conquest's sibling.

Conquest's magic was instantaneous, the drone was immediately fed the rider's overriding will and obeyed. It turned around and raised its gauss rifle. It fired round after round at the Unspeakable One only for it to deflect each bullet with ease.

Meanwhile Famine checked his surroundings and found a way to aid his allies. With a flick of his hand, the plague mist flowed through. He ignored the pain as he manifested his magic, his steed did the dodging but it the frantic movements caused his magic to be a lesser sort. Drone 4 relentlessly hacked away at Famine.fo

"Greed come back." He commanded as he pulled out another earring. "Arise, Sloth." The earring fell to the ground and standing in its place was a boy with a large shield that he carried in both of his hands. Just like the one in Full Metal Alchemist, Sloth was lazy, but capable of doing a lot. "Sloth, protect the barrier from those barbarians." He indicated the riders and Sloth smiled in relief. Famine degenerates the riders, making them more primal and simple minded. He summons Sloth.

Sloth trundled over to the barrier and leaned against it, falling asleep. His snooze created a bubble shield to erect around the Barricade of Paradox. Sloth falls asleep and creates a shield around the barricade. The longer he charges, the stronger the shield becomes. 2/?

The mist lingers in the air like a virus as each of the reptilian mounts take a good whiff of the disease. Their human masters look to their rides curiously, worried. With little hesitation, the reptiles turned, their hunger knew no bounds. The masters consumed and bitten. The remaining riders, their mounts far from the plague, attempt to distance themselves from Famine.

From Famine's earing came forth another Sin. The rider was busy and with a terse command, Sloth simply nodded and yawned. Famine kicked the Sin and Sloth, reluctantly, grabbed his shield and moved towards the towers. He found War's body wedged inside a massive dent on one of the buses. Sloth slammed his shield onto the ground and proceeded to snore as he leaned onto it. A faded green bubble surrounds the tower perimeter and slowly begins to solidify in color and shape.

The third Sin met up with his master and the wolf, Gluttony. He spots his brother Pride that held his bleeding shoulder.

"Oh that's easy, hey Gluttony, search!" Gluttony waddled up to Pride and sniffed his wound, identifying the bullet and then searching for an origin of its specific gunpowder and metal. The wolf bristled as it found the origin and with a howl, bounded away. "Alright the hunt is on!" Greed grabbed Pride and jumped into the air, landing on Gluttony, riding off towards the Echo of the Demonblade. Pride notched an arrow onto Superbia and got ready. The Sins are hunting after the Echo.

With little warning, Gluttony rammed himself onto Pride's shoulder and sniffed it. "Fucking, wolf!" Pride exasperated.

The first Sin raised his head and sped forward. Greed grabbed the downed Pride and leapt onto the wolf's back.

Gluttony was fast and the sound of several missed bullet shots made Pride and Greed aware that their brother had found the Echo. They neared the pillars where Goggles and Hastur reside. Pride readied his bow, his shoulder was sore but it still had the strength to kill.

Famine then focuses on the drone that was ailing him the entire time. He unseated himself from his steed and lunged for the drone. With a bit of a struggle, the rider managed to press both his hands onto the drone's head and from there, directly plunged his magic into the armor's mind.

The drone simply whipped the energy cutlass to one side and advanced forward to its once allies. Famine looked pleased or at least satisfied that this one chore of his was finished. It wasn't his field but he had to.

Vortismal manages to reach Aquila.

"Tsk," the Party Soldier sighed.

Just nearby, the Echo of the Paladin slammed his blade onto EclairCat's shields. The orange glow of his enchantments began to fade. The true Paladin swept his blade, nearly striking home, but the Echo parried, twirled and thrusted only to be thwarted by the shield once again.
