Just commands like marching, rifle handling, sword handling, other commands like salute and such. Its required in some schools while the rest are volunteering.

Well I'm not Filipino so I'd have absolutely no way of knowing. I live on the other side of the world. Don't see why it'd be expected for everyone to know.
